The workshop was anchored by the guest speaker, Dr. Thayer Salisbury, minister and elder with Flanders Road Church of Christ, Toledo, Ohio, USA, supported by Dr. Biodun Owolabi with the thematic analysis. Bro. Friday Adima was also on hand to conduct the New Life Behavior Seminar.

The key note speaker Dr. Thayer Salisbury did justice to topics such as: Definition of Terms – Stress, Burnout, Ministry; Stress and Burnout; Ministering in an Age of Stress; Biblical Examples of Stress and Burnout; Factors for Stress Points in Ministry; Signs and Symptoms of Stress and Burnout; Managing Stress and Burnout for Effective Ministry.
