Over the years, I have found WBS Seminars to be very effective in winning souls for Christ that is the reason I am deeply involved in conducting at least five seminars in every quarter of the year.  On 8th April 2018, I spoke in a WBS Seminar at the church of Christ, Mbiaobong Ikpe, Ikpe Annang, Essien Udim L.G.A.  The theme was “Christ and the Church” I spoke on “Christ”.  We combined the seminar with two hours house to house evangelism which resulted in one Baptism since the stream was not nearby, we had to convey the one soul to church of Christ Esa Atan Uruk Uso, Ikot Ekpene and baptized in the church baptistery.  This was more than three miles drive before we finally drove home to Abak.
In the same spirit, another WBS seminar was held on 15th April 2018 at church of Christ, Ekit Itam II, Itu L.G.A. my topics was “where will you spend eternity”, Monday Akpakpan spoke on the role of WBS in evangelism.  As we went into the community for personal work, I studied with a young man who decided to come to the venue for baptism other participants also brought another soul and two souls were baptized for Christ.  This was the first WBS seminar in that church.
Nelson Sunday, a ministerial two student of NCBC came to my office 16th April and reported that he went on evangelism to church of Christ Ikot Mbonde Itam, Itu where he led in Sunday school and sermon.  Since he performed very well, the church did not allow him to go but to stay till Monday so as to teach youth class, He also worked with the church of Christ Ikot Ansa, Calabar, Cross River State 14th – 15th April.  The rain did not allow him do much evangelism but He led in Sunday school and Sermon on Sunday and got one soul baptized into Christ.
The students of NCBC worked with some congregations last weekend 18th – 22nd April 2018, Ubong Raphael and Itoro Effiong Inyang were sent to church of Christ, Use Offot Uyo for evangelism.  The church wrote back to the College as follows: We here by write to acknowledge the intensive work done by your student teachers in our congregation.  During this short stay, they went out on visitation, handled prayers, teaching and sermon on Sunday.  To God be the glory, three souls were baptized during the Saturday evangelism drive.  Their short stay was very successful.

Sunday Nelson, M2 Student visited church of Christ 25 Etonko Street, Calabar Cross River State.  He preached to this large congregation of 1900 members and he was well received sent back to the College happily.
Idorenyin Okon Udofia also visited the church at Ikpe Ekpene Oton, Ikpe Annang, Essien Udim, he conducted personal evangelism and Sunday worship service.
Two students evangelized Utu Abak No.1 Abak and two worked at Church of Christ No.2 Inyang Street Etinan.  They came back and reported of two baptisms at Church of Christ Inyang Street Etinan.
The Gospel for all Race Foundation” having noticed the skills and talents of our students have booked 40 students of N.C.B.C to worked with the congregation in Okonn Ikot Abasi on May 4th – 5th  2018.  We will release our students for the exercise.  They have promised to provide transportation and welfare for the students.
Thank you for helping us to reach out to lost souls in Nigeria.
